He provided exceptional customer service and satisfaction with his professional yet very personable interactions with us. Every day on the job Joe was on time, worked hard and diligently, explained the process and patiently answered and addressed any questions/ concerns we had along the way. His communication with us was more than thorough from start to finish and even afterwards to see if the loose ends has been taken care of. Our project was treated as if it were his own. let me congratulate and thank you and your entire team for creating a magnificent glass enclosure for our Lanai. The two of you did a great job in designing our attractive structure and crew team members Joe Rangel and Brian Kincade flawlessly executed that design. The result is spectacular. Joe and Brian were ably assisted by your very competent electricians Dan Toth and Derrick (?) and painter Mike Locklear. Their work product was superb. Your team faced three solid weeks of rain and some challenging electrical issues. They overcame all of those challenges. All of your team, and the two of you, did the best work we've had on this home. Everyone seems to genuinely like what they're doing and have pride in your company. That is quite rare today. It translated into our feeling that everyone wanted to build us a spectacular Lanai. Everyone, and I mean everyone at Porch Conversion, was punctual, courteous and very professional and experienced. Had them remove my EZ Breeze and install glass windows. They worked with me to design exacly the right fit for my home. I was very pleased with the staff and their willingness to help when called upon. They were always so pleasant to deal with. I recommend them highly.

I walked into Porch Conversion and was immediately greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were very serious about purchasing a sunroom and could not have been more pleased with the whole process. Scott came out to my house and walked us through the entire process and kept us well informed the thought-out. If I had any complaint it would just be the eagerness to get started, but they are not responsible for mother natures giving us such a rainy season! Their Sister company Porch Concepts had the perfect selection of furniture to fill my new addition. Mary was unbelievably helpful in helping me decide on the perfect set. My dream of having my "own" (and husband sometimes ;) dream room has finally come true!
